The “traditional” GSM blend is Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre - three grapes that have been blended together in the South of France for centuries. Our Minnesota GSM replaces the “M” with Marquette, a grape that was developed at the University of Minnesota and grown onsite. Medium to full bodied dry red wine, with bright fruit up front and depth of flavor, this is great with any grilled mediterranean cuisine.
