Light and flavorful, bursting with cherry fruit, the grapes are Foch and deChaunac, two red grapes pulled off their skins quickly at harvest to minimize both the color and intensity. Our Country Rosé is made from its 100% red wine grapes and resembles more a light-bodied red. Mirroring this style of rosé used in the south of France, we replicate it with our red grapes, pressed fresh before fermentation. Our heavily pigmented red grapes produce a wine with a lovely, light red color.
